Shipping, Duties & Returns
Shipping Information
We ship worldwide within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. All orders are carefully packaged and include tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery Timeframes
- Europe: 5-7 business days
- North America: 7-10 business days
- Asia & Australia: 10-15 business days
- Rest of World: 12-18 business days
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Return
Initiate returns through our portal at fromfutureint.com/returns. Include your order number and reason for return. All returns require authorization before shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Opened software or digital products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged by customer
Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days for damaged goods. Provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement or refund.
Shipping Insurance
All orders include basic insurance. Additional insurance is available for high-value shipments during checkout.
Order Tracking
Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Contact us if tracking information doesn’t update within 48 hours.
